Our Role

We Were Tasked With the Comprehensive Development of Websites for WSPR Szczecin, Ensuring WCAG Level AA Compliance. Our Goal Was to Deliver Modern, Visually Appealing Websites That Meet Rigorous Accessibility Standards

The project involved planning the information architecture, designing the layouts, and performing the programming work necessary to create and make the websites accessible.

The final result is a modern set of websites that comply with 36 of the 38 WCAG A/AA success criteria, with two criteria missing due to content-related factors.

Solutions Prepared for Accessibility

When Working With WCAG, It’s Essential to Apply Design Thinking Principles. That’s Why We Prioritized Implementing Thoughtful Solutions Throughout the Website to Support Users With Special Needs

Skiplinks are one of the standard ways to navigate a site based on the WCAG standard, which is why I’ve prepared a quick return to skiplinks after you’ve finished browsing the main content of the site.

The Biggest Challange

The Biggest Challenge Was Designing a Subpage That Clearly Presented Extensive Contact Information for All WSPR Branches and Departments

Here, we implemented a dynamic listing solution with the ability to filter the table displaying contact information for the branches. The table is designed to be fully accessible for screen readers, which provide feedback on the number of search results.
