Our Role

Novalend approached us with the need to create a brand new website that would better meet their dynamically growing business goals and market expectations.

Our primary objective was to build a website entirely focused on conversion generation. To achieve this, we worked in close collaboration with Novalend’s internal marketing department. The process also involved an external SEO agency, with whom we coordinated optimization efforts, and a specialized copy and content marketing agency responsible for preparing all website content. This synergy allowed us to combine business goals with best practices right from the conceptual stage.

We took full responsibility for the comprehensive design and implementation process. Our UX/UI team started with a deep analysis and the creation of a new information architecture (IA). We then moved through wireframing, user interface (UI) design, and building interactive prototypes that allowed for assumption verification before development began.

A key element of the strategy was a highly refined user journey. We developed dedicated visual communication that not only supports intuitive navigation but also focuses on precisely addressing the needs of specific industries that the client works with.

To actively support the user’s path and increase conversion, we designed a series of engaging micro-interactions and dedicated tools. The service features, among others, a dynamic process presented as a timeline, an interactive loan calculator, and a quiz to help match the offer. The entire site is supported by numerous, strategically placed elements that build trust (social proof).

On the technological side, our development team was responsible for the overall programming work. A key requirement was the implementation of advanced integration with the external CRM system, Kalypso, which allowed for data flow automation and process streamlining on the client’s side.

The entire implementation was based on a proprietary, dedicated theme for the WordPress CMS system. By working directly with its native API, we avoided third-party solutions (like page builders) to ensure maximum performance, security, and flexibility.
